This class combines mindful transitions with intermittent deep restorative holds and breath work to encourage a rooted and refreshing experience on the mat.  This class helps you build flexible strength, confidence & grace with a focus on primal movement and functional mobility. Physical Therapy neuromuscular techniques are infused to encourage postural correction and strength building to offset stagnant energy that builds up in our bodies.

Support your productive day with a readied body and steadied mind. Greet a new day with joyfulness and reverence in this early morning class on the beach. Awaken your body by moving in attunement with the wave of breath. An attitude of gratitude supports this practice as you ease into your day. Appropriate for all levels.
